Common Questions
What organisations ask before engaging
What EHR systems does Patient360 support?
Epic (Clarity, Caboodle, and Bridges HL7 feeds) is our primary integration — we have pre-built connectors for all major Epic modules. We also support Cerner Millennium, Athenahealth, and any FHIR R4-compliant system. Custom HL7 v2.x interfaces are available for legacy systems.
How long does implementation take?
For Epic customers, we typically go live within 8–12 weeks of contract signature. This includes HL7 interface builds, Epic Clarity/Caboodle configuration, data validation, and staff training. Multi-site implementations with more than 5 hospitals typically take 12–16 weeks.
How is PHI handled? Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Patient360 is a HIPAA-covered entity. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before accessing any PHI. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Our GenAI Copilot runs against structured context windows — no clinical notes are ever sent verbatim to an external LLM. SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress; HITRUST r2 is on the Y3 roadmap.
What does the PMPM pricing model mean in practice?
You pay a fixed monthly rate per attributed member in your population. If you have 200,000 attributed members at $10 PMPM, your annual subscription is $24M — no, that's $2.4M. The rate depends on your tier (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise) and which modules are active. Pricing is locked annually at contract signature, regardless of population fluctuations within ±10%.
Can we start with a pilot before committing to an annual contract?
Yes. We offer 90-day paid pilots at 30–50% off the full annual rate. The pilot includes the full implementation (HL7 build, dashboard configuration, training) and has pre-agreed success metrics documented upfront. For our first 5 customers in any new segment, we occasionally subsidise the implementation fee in exchange for a signed reference commitment.
How do technology integration partners access the API?
Technology partners apply through our partner programme, complete a technical review, and receive sandbox API access within 2 weeks. Production API access requires a signed partnership agreement and data handling review. API pricing is usage-based (per AI prediction call, per GenAI query) or can be bundled into a fixed monthly API subscription for high-volume partners.
