Fair use: each plan will include a clear monthly allowance for AI transcription, patient messages and storage, agreed before you start. Usage well beyond the allowance is charged separately, and we will tell you before that happens. Your patient records are never held back for non-payment and can always be exported.

How the device plan works (proposed terms):

→A minimum term (expected to be 36 months) covers the cost of the equipment; the exact term, any refundable deposit and early-exit charges are set out in your agreement before anything is delivered.
→Devices remain the property of PatientPulse360 or its leasing partner during the term. End-of-term options (return, upgrade or buy out) are agreed up front.
→Faults are repaired or the device replaced. Accidental damage and theft are not included unless optional cover is added.
→Devices are pre-configured and secured for clinic use. Your patient data stays yours and can be exported, including when devices are returned.
→Prices are indicative and being validated with pilot clinics. Applicable GST is additional. Device models and specifications are confirmed at the time of order.
